1. Can I get net terms?

We have a great number of customers ranging from ongoing repeat customers to one-time buyers. Net Terms can be extended to repeat customers following successful payment history with us.

2. What payment methods do you offer?

 We accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer and PayPal, please contact us for details.

3. How is this business profitable?

 Our business model is simple - We buy at a price slightly lower than the price for which we sell.

4. How long before delivery from the point I place order?

Suppliers ship directly to our fulfillment/QA center. In most cases, parts are received in the morning and shipped in the afternoon. Inventories from domestic suppliers are usually delivered within 3 days after we receive your order. International suppliers require 7-10 days.

5. Can you ship on our UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL account?

Yes, we can ship your order to any location you desire and are able to ship it using your courier account to ensure you get your negotiated rates.

If you don’t have any courier account (freight collect), we can ship the parts on prepaid and add the shipping fee to the total amount of invoice. Shipping fee depends on weight of the goods (parcel) you order and the country where it is sent to. So please you advise us your country, city and your local post code, and then we check the shipping fee for you.

We will advise the tracking numbers to you as soon as we make the shipment. You may use the tracking number to view the status of your order.

6. How to check the status of your incoming shipment?

You can click Tracking Shipment in the footer navigation on any webpage to access the Shipment Tracking page. This is the fastest way to track your package.

Simply enter the tracking number provided by us and select your logistics carrier (e.g. FedEx, DHL, etc.), then click the Open Tracking button. You will view real-time transit details and the latest delivery progress of your shipment.

7. How long is my quote good for?

The quote you receive from us is good for 48 hours, since we deal with discontinued and obsolete electronic components, the market price can change day to day depending on supply and demand. In most cases if you come back in 3-10 days and the parts that we quoted you are still available we can honor our quote. In other cases you might come back to order the parts and the lot of parts we were offering have been sold. We advise you to let our sales associate know when you plan on buying the parts and we can look at putting a hold on them until you are able to issue a hard copy purchase order.

8. How do I know the parts will be what I order?

Our Quality Assurance team carefully inspects the parts received for quality and accuracy per your order. Any discrepancies result in the products being returned to the supplier at no expense to you.

9. What is your price matching policy?

We guarantee that we will meet or beat any reasonable price. We understand that you have many options in the independent distributor market, but we want to be your strategic partner all purchases. So if you are offered a better quote than ours, please contact us and allow us to see if we can meet or beat your best price. This way you get the price you want and the Rantle East Electronic quality and customer service you have come accustomed to.

10. What is the warranty on the parts you sell?

All parts sold by Rantle East Electronic carry a 30 day form, fit and function guarantee. All our parts come with our own Certificate of Conformance that guarantees the parts will meet all of the manufactures specifications. If the parts you receive don’t meet the form, fit and function specs of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money. Our policy is: If the parts are rejected on incoming inspection for non-functional reasons, you need to contact us within 5 business days to request an RMA. If you have any failures or problems with the parts during production, installation or testing, please fill out the RMA Request Form and send email to us. We guarantee the quality for 30 days since the parts were shipped. The buyer will be full responsible for all consequences and expenses exceeding the time limit. We don’t be responsible for the any consequence and result caused by natural environment or contrived damage, such as wrong operation.

11. What are your office hours?

12. Can I order online?

No, we don’t sell directly off our website, since we deal with discontinued and obsolete electronic components, the market price can change day to day depending on supply and demand. So we ask you to email us at rantle-east@vip.163.com or submit a Request for Quote via our website and one of our sales associate will contact you with price and delivery promptly.

13. How do I send RFQ to you?

Our Request Quote process is simple and designed to avoid disrupting your busy schedule. You may submit your RFQ through two methods below.

1. Send RFQ by searching for target parts

Use the search box at the top of any webpage to search for parts. Enter the part number you need and press the Enter key to view results from our database.

If relevant parts are found:

1. Check the box for the items you want to inquire about. Alternatively, click the part number link or the View button to enter the product detail page, then click Add to RFQ(Cart) or Send RFQ to add the product to your RFQ list.

2. Click RFQ Cart in the upper right corner of any webpage, fill in your contact details and part requirements, then click Sumit Request.

If no matching parts are found:

Please fill out the quote form in the Quick Quote section on the right side of the page, or the Add Custom Item section on the RFQ Cart page.

2. Fast / Quick RFQ Submission

1. Click Request Quote in the top navigation bar or select RFQ Cart in the upper right corner of any webpage to access the Add Custom Item section.

2. Complete and submit the request quote form.

Once your RFQ form is submitted, it will be sent directly to our sales team. We will promptly check product availability and calculate pricing for you. A detailed email including quotation and delivery information will be sent to you shortly.

· Click Add to RFQ List in the Add Custom Item area to add multiple items to your inquiry list.

14. How do I use your Part Search utility?

We’ve streamlined our inventory search to be fast and simple, accessible from anywhere on our website.

The part search box is located at the top of every webpage. Simply enter your part number and press the Enter key to generate a list of matching results. Find the part you need, then submit a Request for Quote (RFQ). Our sales representative will contact you shortly with detailed pricing and delivery information.

Search Tips

How to narrow down search results

The more specific your search terms are, the more accurate the matching results will be.For example, entering only the first four characters of a part number may return numerous similar part variations. To receive more precise results, extend your search to the first six characters or enter the full part number.

What if no search results are found?

1. Double-check your part number for correct spelling and formatting.

2. Try using fewer keywords or alternative search terms.

If you cannot find the required part in our inventory, you can still submit an online Request Quote or send us a direct email. Our sales team will actively source your requested components, even if the items are not listed in our database.
